Please welcome Kathleen “Kathy” O’Keefe, RDMS to our team! She started at NWWC on July 28, 2021.
Kathy joined the NWWC team in July of 2021, after scanning exclusively perinatal/maternal fetal medicine/OB-GYN patients for 18+ years. She has been in the women’s health field for over 20 years in various roles in ultrasound, medical assisting, and advocating for women.
She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and then later went on to go to ultrasound school, where she graduated with honors. She is credentialed in OB/GYN and Fetal Echocardiography. She is strongly dedicated to patient care and making patients feel comfortable and encourages laughing!
After college in Ohio, she has lived in Seattle, the San Juan Islands, Portland, Wisconsin, and THEN back to Portland, Oregon where she feels most at home.
She enjoys animals, nature, cooking shows, music, indoor cycling, games, her friends, reading and movies/documentaries.
