Important Update: Dr. Burkett will be leaving Northwest Women’s Clinic effective October 31, 2025, and is not accepting new patients. We encourage her current patients to continue their care with another provider in our practice. Please contact us at 503-416-9922 for assistance.
Kelley E. Burkett, MD started with Northwest Women’s Clinic September 4, 2012.
Dr. Kelley E. Burkett is delighted to have moved to Portland and joined Northwest Women’s Clinic. Originally from Syracuse, NY, she received her undergraduate degree with Distinction from Cornell University. She then spent a year volunteering with AmeriCorps in Upstate New York working with at-risk youth and teaching sexual education to teenagers. Dr. Burkett went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and then completed her residency in OB/GYN at the University of Vermont.
Dr. Burkett loves being involved in Women’s Health, and feels privileged to be a part of such significant life events as pregnancy and childbirth. She has an interest in adolescent gynecology, as well as minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery. She is married and enjoys hiking, running, reading, cooking, and exploring the city with her husband, their sons Leo, and Oliver, and their dog.
I love the staff here, I love the midwives, Dr Burkett is the GOAT. If I were to have another child, I’d absolutely be reaching out to their team again. The LoveJoy location is much less busy than the Barnes location, but both are very clean and comfortable. My delivery was made every ounce of special because of them.
Beginning November 1, 2025, Northwest Women’s Clinic will provide hospital services (OB deliveries and Surgeries and ER services) ONLY at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Learn more >>
We have also made the decision to close our Lovejoy office location effective October 31, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience and welcome you to visit us at our Barnes Rd office.
If you have any questions regarding these decisions, please feel free to call our office at 503-416-9922 or ask your doctor/midwife at your next appointment.
