Welcome to Northwest Women’s Clinic!

Most of our providers are taking new patients. Please follow these important steps to help make your transition into our practice a smooth one:

Step 1:  Call your insurance company to determine whether we are on your plan.

Step 2:  If you are pregnant, make sure that either Providence St. Vincent’s Hospital or Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital are covered under your plan. These are the two hospitals where we deliver babies and perform surgery.

Step 3:  Choose your Provider - physician, nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife.

Step 4:  Contact our office to make your appointment (503-416-9922). We have two office locations, so please specify which office you would like to visit - Barnes Road or Lovejoy.

Step 5:  Use the Patient Portal to fill out and submit your new patient paperwork prior to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment with your insurance card and a form of identification
